Acting as the owner's representative, CSI will assist in the project design, budget, scheduling, and supervision of the actual construction. We provide value-engineering services as we work collaboratively with design professionals to present cost-saving methods and provide input on material selection. CSI prepares multiple bid packages to ensure each project is bid competitively.
   
Careful planning in the pre-construction phase significantly reduces the impact of costly change orders once construction begins. CSI maintains a full-time construction project manager on-site from start to finish to ensure a quality product for every client.
