Professional Profile:
As Vice President of Marketing, Tom is responsible for all marketing efforts and working collaboratively on construction efforts with cities, counties, school districts, and private entities. He has been involved with multiple school construction projects as a school administrator. His belief in the construction management process and the quality and integrity that CSI provides is what brought him to the company.

Tom brings 14 years of experience as a school administrator and 27 total years of experience as an educator in Iowa. He has been a teacher, coach, high school principal, and superintendent of schools. Tom has successfully passed multiple bond referendums as a school administrator and provided successful consulting assistance for districts in Iowa and Nebraska.  He has provided leadership and organizational skills for community committees challenged with developing campaigns for support. His expertise in public board of director leadership, grant writing, group facilitation skills, school construction, team building, and public finance will supplement additional client needs.
